The location of the accommodation was great, with convenient access to various attractions and amenities nearby. the host was friendly and provided complimentary coffee, which was a nice touch. the bed was comfortable, ensuring a decent night's sleep.

The studio was not soundproof, and noise from the owner's house could be heard, such as drawers opening and closing. The room also had a large air conditioning unit that took up too much floor space.

Great staff and particularly good and absolutely perfect location, perfect for me.

It was so convenient to be able to cook dinner after a fun day at the beach, and having a Pollo Loco across the street was a nice option too. The shared yard was a beautiful place to unwind, and the host's dog was an absolute sweetheart. The air conditioning in the bedroom was a much-appreciated bonus, as was the private parking. The 12 noon checkout time was also a plus. The owner was extra-helpful, and the unit had great wifi and good facilities. The location was perfect, with a short drive to the beach and attractions like the Santa Monica Pier. The bungalow itself was in a lovely area, and the garden provided a tranquil setting. Ben, the owner, was incredibly kind and made our stay in LA absolutely superb. 100% recommended. Thank you, Ben!

It was close to everything we had planned to do, including restaurants, shops, and the famous Venice Beach. the room was simple and clean, providing us with a comfortable bed and a private bathroom. the friendly host, Ben, made our stay even more enjoyable by offering complimentary coffee and allowing us to use the bicycles to ride to the beach. the hotel had all the facilities we needed and offered a great location for exploring the city.

The noise from the main house, where the owner lives, was a downside.

This place is located in a quiet and charming residential area, making it a peaceful spot to stay. Plus, it's really close to Santa Monica beach, which is awesome. And it's not far from Los Angeles, so you can easily explore that area too.
